150MM QUARTER ROUND

Quarter Round spouting maintains its traditional appeal, provides simplicity with classic lines and is particularly suited to most residential applications. Supplied with internal or external brackets.

125MM/150MM OLD GOTHIC (OG)

Available in two sizes, Old Gothic is reminiscent of the spouting types traditionally used on colonial homes; however, in recent times, the system has certainly regained popularity as an attractive option.  The 150mm is suited to homes with larger roof areas with limited access to stormwater drainage.  Supplied with internal or external brackets.

160MM HALF ROUND

Well-proven and recognised as an aesthetically pleasing and great water-carrying product, Half Round will certainly enhance the overall appeal of your project. Supplied with external brackets only.

125MM BOX GUTTER

125mm box gutter is designed to perform where heavy rainfall intensity may occur. A higher face prevents unsightly views of the end of the roof sheet and should be considered for use with higher rib profiles. This profile can be manufactured as an architectural option without rollformed swage lines.

175MM BOX GUTTER

The 175mm box gutter is a bold, strong gutter and, when coupled with the appropriate downpipes, has a relatively high flow rate. Ideal for large residential & commercial applications. Supplied with internal or external brackets.

300MM BOX GUTTER

A wide commercial and industrial gutter with the capacity to discharge water quickly. The wide pan allows the gutter to be easily cleaned of debris. Supplied with external brackets only.

Fascia

Multifit Fascia System

For new homes, as the name suggests, Multifit external fascia systems from Roofing Industries can be used in conjunction with most roof and spouting types and profiles. This is suitable for many building types and designs and incorporates a proprietary attachment system.

Multifit fascia is supplied and installed in a wide range of metal substrates and colours, including COLORCOTE, COLORSTEEL, Copper, Aluminium & Zincalume.

• Multifit fascia can be supplied in a smooth or embossed surface finish
• Multifit fascia is supplied with a strippable film to prevent damage prior to installation

RIGS Fascia Conversion Systems 

RIGS Fascia Conversion Systems Limited has developed a fascia system and componentry designed to replace all corroded, rusty and leaking internal and external fascia systems that were installed over the last forty years. It has four different fascia panel sizes so there is one to suit any roof type, pitch and soffit size.

Fascia Panel Cover (Over Wood Fascia)

This product is designed to cover up your old wood fascia to save on preparation and painting costs. It will leave a great pre-finished look in your choice of your colour. This product along with one of our spouting profiles will modernise the look of your home.

Downpipes

Both Round and Rectangular metal downpipes can be supplied & installed. Manufactured from an extensive range of metal & copper substrates and surface finishes. These can also be colour-matched to the roofing and cladding or supplied as an attractive contrasting feature. Each downpipe is installed with purpose-made wall brackets or munzing rings.

Available materials: Zincalume, Copper, Aluminium, COLORCOTE®, COLORSTEEL®, MARLEY® PVC White & Coloured.

Standard steel downpipes for round 80mm and 100mm diameter or custom made in a rectangular shape such as 100mm x 55mm, in pre-painted coil steel of ColorCote® (Zinacore, Magnaflow, Alumigard) and/or Colorsteel (Zincalume, Endura, Maxx). The placement of downpipes significantly affects gutter and downpipe calculations.

Rainheads

Custom-made Rainwater Heads can be supplied & installed. An accurate drawing or sketch with dimensions will assist in making appropriate recommendations. The following considerations will be required: material, preferred shape or style, measurements, overflow slots (if any), and dropper size.

Protection & Accessories

Ezi-lok Leaf guard System – Perforated Aluminium sheet to fit into spouting for leaf protection.

EZI-LOK™

Aluminium non-rusting New Zealand developed spouting and roof valley protection systems that are simple to install and remove for ease of cleaning.

Colour Options

Our spouting, fascia and downpipes products are predominantly ColorSteel Maxx. These colours were inspired by our beautiful country and its landscapes. They are a blend of classic, timeless shades and modern, on-trend tones and will reflect your own style and personality. The colours you see here are as close as possible, but we also have colour samples and recommend you check the colours first before you make your choice.  This pre-painted product is well suited to our environment and weather conditions.
